Cinnamon Mocha Coffee

Serves 2


  • 2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 long shots 4 US fl oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 16 US fl oz whole milk
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)


Step 1

Add the cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon to a heat proof bowl and slowly pour in the hot espresso. Whisk together until mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Pour the milk into a large microwave safe jug and heat on full power for 2 minutes, alternatively pour the milk into a saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes or until it begins to simmer.

Step 3

Add espresso mixture and whisk until combined. Heat the mixture back up either in the microwave (1-2 minutes full power) or in the saucepan on the hob (around 5 minutes).

Step 4

Divide mocha evenly between two Price & Kensington mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
