Cream Cheese & Roasted Red Pepper Mini Wraps


  • 8.75oz cream cheese
  • Jar of roasted red peppers
  • 6 wraps
  • Spinach leaves
  • Black pepper to taste


Step 1

Lay a wrap on a flat surface such as a chopping board and cover with a layer of cream cheese.

Step 2

Cover the cream cheese with a thin layer of spinach leaves then place a few roasted red peppers on top of the spinach.

Step 3

Season with black pepper (optional).

Step 4

Roll up the wrap tightly and cut on the diagonal into 6 pieces. Repeat the process with the remaining wraps.
