Creamy White Hot Chocolate with Vanilla

Serves 2


  • 2 mugs milk
  • 2.75oz good quality white chocolate, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipping cream to serve


Step 1

Heat the milk in a jug in the microwave or saucepan until almost boiling.

Step 2

Divide the white chocolate between two Price & Kensington mugs and add a small amount of milk to each mug. Stir well to melt the chocolate, add the vanilla extract then pour over the remaining milk.

Step 3

Stir again and top with cream.
